David has over 15 years experience in research, design and strategy at multiple channels from service and product design to marketing, Web and customer service across multiple industries from finance and travel to consumer goods. Specialized in understanding what constitutes value for customers, and passion for inventing new solutions that deliver it. Ms. Rachel Chan |

Rachel is the Founder and Chief Catalyst of InnoFoco. She founded InnoFoco in 2007 to propel the development of service design and innovation in Asia. Previously she worked as a policy maker in the Hong Kong government, a diplomat in Brussels and London, a marketer in the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and a consultant to the Hong Kong Design Centre and other commercial clients in branding and design management. She is a graduate of the University of Hong Kong and a Sloan Fellow of the London Business School. |

Mr. Ken Chan |
| Ken is a Senior Design Architect for HASSELL Hong Kong Studio. He was born in HK and grew up in Sydney and has studied and worked in Sydney, London, Sweden and Hong Kong. He has also taught and juried at the University of New South Wales and University of Technology Sydney. He has a deep interest in the process of design and the conceptual ideas associated with design and everyday existence. In addition to his design work, at HASSELL Ken is exploring how digital technology can contribute to architectural workflows which evolve beyond the conventional methods which architects use to do their daily work. |

Mr. Christopher Mok |

Christopher earned his Master of Fine Arts Degree in Architectural Lighting Design from the Parsons School of Design in New York City, USA. He has been creating lighting design for major local professional performance groups, international brand names and commercial events since 1990. Christopher served as Part-time Assistant Professor for Department of Architecture of the Hong Kong University. Christopher is the design principal for Spectrum Design & Associates (Asia), a lighting design firm based in Hong Kong. |

Mr. Scot Frank |
|
Scot’s background includes founding three companies, working as a computer scientist in IBM’s India Research Lab, and managing the renewable energy portfolio for the Clinton Global Initiative. He has taught design courses, led project teams, and built partnerships in the Himalayan region since 2005. In his position as CEO, Frank is responsible for initiating and maintaining relations with governments, other NGOs and universities. His training is in electrical engineering and computer science (MIT). |
